1. We Collect No Data
FREAKS.ONE does not collect, store, or process any personal data. We do not maintain user accounts, databases of personal information, or any records that could identify you as an individual.
Because we store nothing about you, we have nothing to delete. There is no data removal request process because there is no data to remove.
2. Your Wallet Address Is Already Public
When you connect your Ethereum wallet to FREAKS.ONE, you are sharing a wallet address that is already fully public on the Ethereum blockchain. Every address, every transaction, and every token ownership record is permanently visible to anyone in the world — this is how blockchain technology works by design.
We do not store your wallet address on our servers. We use it in the moment solely to verify whether it holds a FREAKS token.
3. Sign Message — No Transaction, No Data
When you interact with the Platform, you may be asked to sign a message with your wallet. This is a cryptographic proof of ownership, not a blockchain transaction. It costs no gas, moves no funds, and is recorded nowhere on-chain.
The signature is verified in real time to confirm that you control the wallet in question. It is not stored, logged, or retained after verification is complete.
4. Discord Verification
The Discord verification flow works the same way. You sign a message to prove you are the holder of a FREAKS token. Once verified, the HOLDER role is assigned to your Discord account. We do not store your Discord ID, your wallet address, or any association between the two beyond what is necessary for that single verification event.
5. Signal City — The Game
Participating in Signal City (app.freaks.one) requires proving token ownership via the same sign message flow. Your in-game state (position, signal score, faction) is associated with your wallet address for the duration of your session. This data is game state, not personal data — it contains no information that identifies you as a person beyond a public wallet address.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
This Platform does not use cookies or any third-party tracking technology. A temporary session token is stored in your browser's localStorage to maintain your authenticated session. This token expires automatically and contains only a reference to your public wallet address. You can clear it at any time by disconnecting your wallet or clearing your browser storage.
7. Third-Party Services
The Platform interacts with the Ethereum blockchain through RPC providers (Infura, PublicNode) to read publicly available on-chain data. Your wallet address may be included in these read-only requests. No personal data is shared with any third party for commercial, marketing, or analytical purposes.
