The only supply-changing action is burn, which can only lower the total. Burning is verifiable on-chain via totalSupply, so the real circulating amount is always transparent.
The 90,000,000 team tokens are held in a lock contract and cannot move before 31 December 2026 (Unix 1798675200). No early exit, no override — verifiable on-chain.
Players win in-game Signal through gameplay. It can be spent inside Signal City with no fee, or converted into liquid $SIGNAL that can be traded. Conversion carries a fee that falls the longer the Signal was held in-game, discouraging the win-and-dump cycle.

50% of every fee is burned forever · 50% flows to holders who lock. Signal is also spent in-game on fortifications, special attacks, repairs, cosmetics, status and faction treasury contributions — real utility beyond holding.
Holders may lock $SIGNAL voluntarily for a chosen period. Locking grants faction vote weight in collective Signal City decisions, and a share of fees — half of every conversion fee paid across the game flows to lockers.
Locking never multiplies in-game rewards. Equal play earns equal Signal, locked or not. Signal is won with skill, not capital.
